No tiebreakers throughout the tournament!
Ties will be determined by Match %, Set %, and then Point %. Two-way ties will be determined by Head to Head.
All teams MUST check-in online prior to their first match. There will be no on-site check-in and no paper copies will be accepted at the event.

JVAA-hosted tournaments are accessible to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, including players and/or their companions, and including their parents/guardians. JVAA will provide qualified sign language interpreters and/or auxiliary aids and services to ensure equal access at JVAA-hosted tournaments. Any deaf or hard of hearing player who is requesting a qualified sign language interpreter and/or auxiliary aids for services must provide reasonable written notice to JVAA of such request. “Reasonable notice” shall be defined as at least seven (7) days. If less than seven (7) days’ notice is provided, JVAA will not be able to guarantee the provision of the requested sign language interpreter or auxiliary aids but shall still make reasonable efforts to procure such accommodations.
Hotels
Housing is not required for this event. EM2 Housing will provide a lucid link with the best group housing rates in the area for club directors and parents to use at their convenience, there will be no requirement to book hotel rooms in order to be accepted into this tournament! Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to first serve!
EM2 has provided links through Lucid with the best group housing rates near the venues. There is no requirement, this is just for the convenience of parents, coaches and club directors.

Event Merchandise
approach clothing co. will be the exclusive provider for the event merchandise. Be sure to check out their booth at our tournament locations for hoodies, crewnecks and more gear!

Spectator registration will open the Monday before the event.

- Smoking/alcohol or weapons, including concealed firearms
- Ball handling off the court
- Outdoor chairs inside the venue(s)
- Pets; exception for guide or service animals
- Bikes, skateboards, roller skates/blades
- Appropriate non-marking athletic shoes are required on all competition floors.
- The event and venue(s) are not responsible for lost or stolen items and reserve the right to remove individuals for unacceptable behavior and/or be subject to further legal action.
