• Appropriate non-marking athletic shoes are required on all competition floors.
• The event and venue(s) are not responsible for lost or stolen items and reserve the right to remove individuals for unacceptable behavior and/or be subject to further legal action.

• Spectator Seating Information

  • Spectators may bring their own camp chairs (as none are provided) and may set up on the sidelines backed up to the divider nets. Spectators may not sit behind either end line or block the openings of any divider nets. 

    Spectators are asked to leave the court area when their player is not playing. Teams that are not playing are asked to not camp out in the court area. This includes players and spectators of teams that are reffing on that court. This will allow for all spectators to watch their player while playing their games.

• Spectator Food/Drink Information

  • We have drink and snack vending machines available onsite. Players and spectators are permitted to bring in outside food and drinks. Any liquids on the sport court must be in a container with a lid. Please report any spills to the front desk immediately. Players and spectators must throw away all trash or they will be asked to leave the facility. All coolers must stay in the lobby area and are not permitted on the sport court.

    Food tents are allowed to be set up outside the building in the grass. Tents may not block the front entrances of the Treehouse Gym or Floors Inc. All tents and trash must be removed before you leave each day. This facility is not responsible for stolen tents or items left onsite.

• Spectator Parking Information:

  • Treehouse Gym (15407 Long Vista Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78728)

    You may enter through the Long Vista Drive or Wells Port Drive entrance. You may park in parking spaces marked "Pro Source" after 5:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; after 7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. If a sign is posted, parking past that signs will disrupt the flow of their daily business and result in your car being ticketed or towed.

    Emerald Cloud Lab (15500 Wells Port Drive, Austin, TX 78728)

    Located across the street and to the northeast of the Treehouse Gym. You may ONLY enter through the Long Vista Drive entrance. Please be mindful of “No Treehouse Gym Tournament Parking” signs. Parking past those signs will disrupt the flow of their daily business and result in your car being ticketed or towed.

    There is also parking located on the street (where permitted) on Long Vista Drive and Wells Port Drive. Please be mindful of “No Parking” signs as cars parked illegally parked will be ticketed or towed.
