During her time at Austin Juniors, Elizabeth has coached a top team since 2006, ranging from the top 14s-18s, with most of her time with 17s. She has led multiple teams to medals at GJNCs, as well as several top five finishes in the Open Division. She has been the lead positional coach for both the outsides and liberos at AJV.

On the boys’ side, her 18 Adidas teams have earned a silver medal in the 18 Open final at BJNC, as well as a runner up finish in the Premier division at AAU Boys Nationals. Additionally, her teams have medaled in multiple national qualifiers, including winning Florida Fest in 2024.

She has spent time coaching for USA volleyball at various levels. She was the volunteer assistant for the Women’s National Team, a coach for the Women’s Collegiate National Team, and has done multiple summers at the USAV High Performance Championships in the USA Girls Youth division, working as the setters’ coach during the training portion of the camp.

Her experience extends to the head varsity coach at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School, St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, and the associate head coach at St. Michael’s Catholic Academy. As a former player at The University of Texas for Coach Jerritt Elliott, she frequently works with collegiate players and professionals in their respective offseasons as well.
