Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Austin in November 2012 and will begin her 10th season with Austin Juniors this year. She works full-time as an Account Manager for Ellevation.  Ellevation is the only EL program management solution that goes beyond compliance and impacts instruction in every classroom, dedicated to helping English Learners (ELs) achieve their highest aspirations.

Becky played for Southlake Carroll Senior High School. She also participated in club volleyball for 7 years, including 17s and 18s with Texas Advantage Volleyball (TAV). She continued her collegiate volleyball career back in Cincinnati. Majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Early Childhood Education. Coached for Walnut Hills High School and Princeton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Coached club for NKYVC in Wilder, Kentucky for 3 years. She also coached at Trinity Episcopal School for three seasons.
