Originally from Leander, TX where I first started playing volleyball at the age of 12. I played my entire club career at AJV (14s-18s). Continued playing for Texas Lutheran University as a Middle Blocker where I lead the team in blocks for my entirety there. While in college I started coaching for Centex and continued to coach for the past 9 years in various age groups. Most of my club coaching experience is at the 14-16U level. I graduated in December of 2016 from TLU with a bachelors degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business. After graduation, I attended SMU to earn my Masters of Sports Management in May 2018. As for family life, my husband and I have a 2.5-year-old, Amelia, who acts like she owns the gym on any given day. My coaching philosophy is to encourage the athletes to push themselves to be better both on and off the court. To be better physically and mentally so they are prepared for all situations. This will be my third season with AJV.
