I have been coaching with AJV since 2010 and am looking forward to continuing to inspire the girls to develop a strong work ethic, become better communicators and supporters on/off the court and to be better overall players and teammates.

I was a middle hitter at El Campo High School and Concordia University-Austin. I have also been the head coach at Concordia High School since 2016.

I was an all around athlete (also played basketball & ran track) but fell in love with volleyball. I have a life-long love of the game and will continue to stay involved as much as possible. I seek to pass on my knowledge, experience and love of volleyball to the future generation. I've had a few opportunities to play with the best in the world and continue strive to be the best in coaching and teaching the game.

My work ethic is fueled by the players being physically and mentally prepared for all situations on and off the court no matter what level. I believe that all girls can soar beyond their expectations if they are dedicated and willing to be comfortable with the uncomfortable (growing process). Three keys to being on my team: being 100% focused on improving in every skill, possessing the ability to accept and immediately act on constructive feedback and developing independent thinking and decision making skills (coach-able player).
