Why do you enjoy coaching volleyball?

• I enjoy coaching volleyball because the sport brings so many opportunities for growth both on and off the court. I love watching players grow in their on-court skills and their off-court intangibles. I have so much love and passion for this game, and it is an amazing opportunity to share these feelings with young people.
